Convenience in obtaining services will also affect the level of customer satisfaction with our products. Therefore, every employee in particular the ones that deal directly with consumers will go through selective recruitment system and participate in training programs on an ongoing basis. Each Service Center is also very particular about the selection room design, color layout, and ornaments.
Our service center is divided into 2 types, namely the collection point and the service point. Collection point is the
customer service section to repair Tiphone hardware andsoftware by collecting the devices which will then be sent to the nearest service point. The number of collection pointsare scattered according to the number of TS outlets. While the service point is a repair center for Tiphone hardware and software with comprehensive facilities, in which there are currently 161 outlets in Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, Semarang, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Makassar, Batam and Bali.
